Service Scope

We design and coordinate private journeys with third-party travel partners.

Travel Egypt Worldwide prepares itinerary concepts, planning support, and operational coordination. Hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, guides, and other travel services may be delivered by third-party suppliers selected for the guest journey.

Availability, schedules, and service details may change based on season, supplier conditions, government regulations, weather, or operational limitations. We work to communicate material changes promptly and provide alternatives where possible.

Inquiry submission does not constitute a confirmed booking. A trip becomes confirmed only after itinerary approval, commercial agreement, and any required payment steps are completed directly through the agreed process.

Guest Responsibilities

Provide accurate traveler names and relevant planning information.
Review itinerary details, rooming, and travel notes carefully before confirmation.
Hold appropriate travel documentation, visas, insurance, and personal medical readiness for the trip.
Inform the planning team of dietary needs, access requirements, and other essential travel conditions in time for arrangements to be made.
Follow local laws, site regulations, and supplier guidance during the journey.

Pricing

Quoted services

Prices are based on the route, service level, season, supplier availability, and requested inclusions at the time of proposal.

Changes

Amendments and revisions

Guest-requested changes may affect price, availability, or operational sequencing. Significant amendments may require a revised proposal.

Suppliers

Third-party delivery

Hotels, cruise boats, restaurants, and transport partners are responsible for the services they operate, though we coordinate and advocate on the guest's behalf.
